Sellers net sheet:
This lists all of the associated costs of closing your sale.
Qualify prospective Buyer:
Whether the Buyer is generated through another Agent or through
Trident, the Buyer will be qualified so that there is assurance
that the contract can be completed.
Drafting the purchase agreement:
If necessary, Trident will draft the purchase agreement and any
other required paperwork.
Advising in negotiations:
Trident will provide the Seller with all information required
to make an informed decision on the sale of their home.
Handle all necessary inspections ( Seller & Buyer )
Typically, the Seller procures the CL-100, this can be handled
by Trident--the Buyer will have a home inspection performed and
that inspection will be delivered to Trident for review and recommendations.
Funnel all information to mortgage companies/attorney:
Trident will insure that all parties have the necessary documents
so that we can proceed to a smooth closing.
Attend closing with the Seller:
Trident will review the closing statement with the Seller prior
to closing and is present to answer any questions that might arise
regarding the transaction.

Agent Interview
As a Seller, you should ask any agent that you
might interview certain basic questions that pertain to the services
that you will receive and the commission that you will be charged.
In this interview, if you are told that their company can sell your
home quicker, just ask what additional services are they going to
provide that will cause that to happen. Always remember, Realtors
can only show property, Buyers make the decision to buy based
on their parameters, not the Realtors.
