prices have dropped but has your real estate agent's
commission? When prices were sky high the commission was high
and now that prices are dropping, the commission rates are the
same. It appears that the only person that is being asked to
give in this transaction is you - the Seller, that is unless you let

throwing away money
It is very important that you, the Seller, understand one thing
before you list your home for sale through any real estate agent.
That one thing is that no agent sells your home. An agent
can market your home or show your home but no agent can sell your
home. A buyer will only buy a home that meets parameters that
they set and in areas that they select. Could I sell you
a home that did not appeal to you? So, remember that you are
hiring someone to market your home for sale but they will not sell
your home. Why pay more for the marketing than you have to?

Your home is sold by having the correct price, proper marketing
in all venues and quality service from your representative. If Trident

question, the only thing that any other real estate company can
do for you, the Seller is to charge you more for the same or in
many cases, less than you will receive with Trident. As the Owner

that offer to list your home for "as low as". They offer
multi-tiered programs that start at 1% and rise as more services
are added to the base program. Trident does not use levels of service,
Trident does it all for one program commission rate. By any measure,
Trident comes out on top.
Simply put--- If you could buy a piece of high quality electronic
equipment from store A for $1000 and right next door, store B had
the exact same equipment with the same service and warranties for
$500, where would you buy the equipment? There is only one answer
